Serving as an Escrow Officer and Office Manager for Ohio Real Title in Cleveland, Tricia Kubic and her husband are excited to make the move to Naples, FL, to help open Venture Title Services where she will serve as Office Manager and oversee Escrow Closings.
Tricia has been in the title industry for 25 years, and says, “I am excited to start something from nothing and watch it grow and feel so lucky for the opportunity.” While she and her husband move south, her three step-children, Jake (25), Lexi (22), and Caden (21), will remain in the Cleveland area along with their other family and friends.
We recently had the opportunity to talk with Tricia about her work, as well as how she spends her time away from Venture Title Services.
How did your move to Florida and Venture Title Services happen?
It happened very quickly! My husband and I have always known that we wanted to someday move to Florida and there popped up an email from ORT President, Ryan Marrie, with this opportunity.
I knew ORT would make this move seamless and was confident that they are committed to making Venture Title Services successful if I decided to pack up my life and transition to living in Florida. I am excited to start something from nothing and watch it grow and feel so lucky for the opportunity.
What are three words that your clients or colleagues have used to describe you?
Informative, patient, and responsive.
What are you watching or listening to?
I love country music but listen to spa music while working. I am currently watching The Handmaid’s Tale, as well as anything on ID TV.
When you are not working, how do you like to spend your free time?
I enjoy going to the beach, outdoor venues such as concerts, and relaxing with friends.
What are your words to live by?
Everyday is a new day to try again.
What are you most excited for about the move to Florida?
I am most excited to bring ORT culture and service level to Florida, as well as for realtors to see the difference between us and other title companies.
